If your child is in School Year 5 in September then they would be a member of the under 10's squad

Dear All

due to it being a bank holiday this weekend there will be no training for the under 10's the next training will be on the 3rd September this is also registration day so could all parents bring their cheque books and pens for the from filling.

At the last training session I discussed the idea of a tour match to Manchester, which would involve watching the 1st team play on the Saturday at Manchester spend a night in a hotel and then play their U10's on the Sunday please have a think about it and let me know what you think. the date is in late April next year.

Regards

Andy Collis.

Sunday we were beaten by 2 well drilled and more disciplined sides. Our lads showed great sprite and never gave in which is always a good sign. Man of the Match, George Johnson, gave an outstanding go forward forwards display with Tom Fountain, a close second for MoM, the pick of the backs. When things did not go our way we had too many players all trying to do everything themselves instead of falling back on what we concentrate on in training. To improve we need to take on to the park things the that we seem to grasp and understand in training.
