Team Managers

 

 

Job Description.

The Team Managers role is to ensure that all necessary administration is performed for their team, all lines of communication are open and functioning and that all kit and equipment is available when required. They will need to recruit and manage any volunteers from their team when there is need.....  Kitchen duty, District Cup Festival, Christmas Party etc.

Key Responsibilities.

Register Players, Collect Subscriptions, Issue Kit, Manage equipment, Keep weekly attendance records, Injury records,  Keep Parents /Players informed, attend Junior Committee meetings, First Aid Kit.

U13's to U17's make sure you confirm with the allocated referee for home matches.

End of season gather in all kit for the kit audit. Get list of award winners to the Chairman. Attend the AGM.

This list is not exhaustive and if you want it updated, added to please let me know.

You will be required to act as Duty Manager 3 possibly 4 times a year. This means you will need to look at the Kitchen and the Changing Rooms pages to make sure you know what you are doing.
