We may be struggling with referees this weekend, as neither of the guys on the rota

has done any games for us for a long time. Colin Milner won't, and Syd Mathews has

been suffering from injury, which restricts the number of games he can do. Solutions

Future Plans:-

- can managers let me have tour dates ASAP, please ?

- there are some blank weeks after Xmas for Juniors – I'm trying to fill these with fixtures

- Harrogate Festival

- Darlington Festival

Concerns:-

- Area in front of changing rooms – multiple hazards, mostly left by the groundsman, which need circumventing – danger to children. Children being sent to the kit store to fetch kit – this needs to be done by adults, as the area, including the ROCO itself, is not safe.

- changing rooms - duty team either failing to turn up, or turning up late –cleaning needs to be done by one or more adults, not players. Poor or non-existent supervision both before and after, showers repeatedly left running, failure to turn things off and lock up

- kit store – post protectors, flags, tackle shields etc. dumped back in any order after use – ROCO not closed

- access to pitches across the river – gate not being closed after end of the day's matches

Questions:-

- who has copies of the keys for the changing room and the gate on the bridge

- do we need to invest in a new padlock for the kit store

If you are a new player just make yourself known at training or give one of the contacts on the team pages a call.

Kitchen Rota is now available for season 2006/07 there is possibly going to be a couple of small amendments, but that will be communicated later.

Subscription cost this year have regrettably been increased to £40 for a playing member (£35 for siblings), Parents will also be encouraged to make themselves Social members of the Sports Club itself this year at a cost of £20 per couple. This allows them full access to the Club not just when their children are present.
